For contractors
Exclusive leads. One contractor, one homeowner.
We publish Toronto renovation cost data built from city permit records. Homeowners who have already sized their job ask us for a quote. We send each request to exactly one contractor.
Why our leads are different
| Shared marketplaces | Kildrin | |
|---|---|---|
| Contractors per lead | 3 to 8 | 1 |
| Homeowner has sized the job | Rarely | Yes, via our calculator |
| Cost per lead | $15–$120 | flat, agreed up front |
| Contract | Annual, plus membership fee | None. Pause any time. |
| Race to call first | Under 5 minutes or you lose | No race. It's yours. |
Industry analysis puts the true cost per booked customer on shared marketplaces at four to five times the equivalent from search or direct channels, largely because you pay for leads three competitors are also calling. We think exclusivity is worth more to you than volume, and we price accordingly.
What you receive
Within seconds of the homeowner submitting, by SMS and email:
- Name, phone and email
- Postal code
- Job type and property type
- Timeline: starting now, within three months, or still planning
- The figure our calculator gave them, so you know their budget expectation before you pick up the phone
- A quality score out of 100, and the lead reference for disputes
Reply DISPUTE with the reference within 24 hours if the phone number is dead, the address is outside your area, or the person did not request a quote. Credited in full, no argument. We would rather refund than send you rubbish twice.
How it works
- Tell us your area and tradesWhich jobs you take and which postal code prefixes you cover.
- Agree a price and a monthly capFlat fee per lead. Set a cap so you are never sent more work than you can quote.
- We verify your licence and insuranceWe check your City of Toronto trade licence and WSIB status. Nobody goes on the roster without it.
- Leads arrive as they comeInstantly, exclusively. No dashboard to monitor, no bidding.
- Invoiced monthlyOne invoice at month end, disputes already deducted. Pause or leave whenever you want.
What we ask
- Call or text the homeowner within one business hour
- Hold a valid Toronto trade licence, WSIB coverage and liability insurance
- Quote the job honestly. Our data is public, so a wildly inflated quote is visible to the homeowner and gets you removed from the roster.
